Kali Interceptor 2.0: The Latest Trail Helmet by Kali Protectives

The Kali Interceptor 2.0 is the newest addition to the trail helmet lineup by Kali Protectives. Building upon the success of the original Interceptor, the 2.0 version focuses on safety and protection. It features the innovative Rheon Low Density Layer for rotational and low G hits, as well as the Cassidian Nano Core for major impacts.

The Rheon technology utilizes a super polymer that absorbs energy by stiffening when subjected to force. This metamaterial is created through patented computational design techniques, offering new properties previously thought impossible with conventional materials. This ensures optimal protection during accidents.

The Cassidian Nano Core is a revolutionary product designed to protect the head from dangerous traumas that can result from impact and shock. Based on the latest research into accident dynamics, it prioritizes the safety of the brain, the most delicate and fundamental part of the human body. The development of Cassidian aims to surpass the performance of other materials commonly used in headwear protection.

The Interceptor 2.0 also incorporates Supervent technology, which utilizes injection molded polycarbonate vents with an inner skeleton. This design allows for larger vents, dispersing energy across a wider area and enabling the use of a softer EPS density while maintaining overall strength. TPR glass grippers are included for easy sunglass storage.

Improvements have been made to the visor, offering more coverage and adjustability. The visor is securely attached with alloy screws, yet uses a flexible material to minimize damage during a crash. The fit system has also been upgraded with the Frequency Fit System, featuring a 3-position vertical adjust for a customizable fit. The web dividers have been replaced with Slide Fix easy adjust dividers, offering an optimal position with a sleek flush design.

The Interceptor 2.0 is completed with the inclusion of two sets of antimicrobial pads, bug net pad on the helmet and summer pad in the box. It also features the beloved Fidlock magnetic buckle for easy and secure fastening.
